Energetic Lighting, a joint-venture between VP Electromech and Energetic Lighting Inc, USA is setting up a manufacturing facility at Bawal in Haryana. The company has its first plant at Manesar and its total investment is around Rs.2000 million. Currently, the CFL market in India is estimated at 260 million bulbs and is growing at 25-30% per year. Major players in the field include Philips, Crompton, Bajaj, Wipro and Osram
